Conditions

ADVANCE PAYMENT:
– yes (valuation of the 1st stage),

OBTAINING COPYRIGHTS/LICENSES:
– at the time of full payment,

POSSIBLE BREAKUP OF COOPERATION:
– the settlement is based on the sum of the stages or their parts,

DEADLINE FOR CORRECTIONS OR CHANGES:
– up to 5 days from sending date of the files, automatic approval after 5 days,

ROUNDS OF CORRECTIONS OR CHANGES:
– max. 4 “rounds” per stage (unused rounds can't cumulate)

YOUR'S CONTRACT TEMPLATE:
– document analyses and edits made by me and the duration of the conversation on this topic are treated as paid changes/corrections

MY PORTFOLIO:
– adding to the portfolio, social media and taking part in competitions

CONTSCT AND FILES SENDING:
– via e-mail, sending of the stages or full project via link in the message

Exploitation and copyrights

Contract range:
– transfer of property rights (basic),
- licence,

Time range:
- without time range for most cases
- 9 months for events and merchandise,

Territory:
- 1 country (public screenings / printing)
- 1 domain (web)

Implementation/publication (it can be negotiated, but the price will change):
– Google (Ads, YT), Meta (FB, IG), LinkedIn, TikTok,
- your one domain,
- press domains and domains of potential sponsors or partners (in case of public events to promote it)
- use, duplication, saving on computers, servers and all other activities for the above purposes are also included in these terms

Implementation/publication not including (it can be negotiated, but the price will change):
- applications,
- augmented (AR) and virtual reality (VR)
- TV,
- video/audio on demand services (except above),
- AI models and tools,
- and other domains in the world (except for the above and the my portfolio, see above)

Public screenings (video only):
– possibility of public screenings (1 country),

Third party:
– possibility of transferring the project rights to third parties

Derivative projects and source files:
– derivative projects and source files upload are not allowed

Transfrom modifications:
– possibility of technical modification of the project
